Fedez and Ferragni would have finally sold Villa Matilda at a record price: the indiscretion –

It seems like Fedez e Chiara Ferragni have finally managed to sell Villa Matildathe historic residence purchased in 2022 on the banks of the Lake Como and more precisely in Pognana Lario.

The ANSA agency reports that the indiscretion, including the figures, was given during the Rtl 102.5 program hosted by journalist Gabriele Parpiglia.

The villa, which was purchased three years ago for 5 million euroswould have been sold for approximately 11 million euros to an English citizen.

After the separation last year, the couple apparently decided to put the villa up for sale, which in the meantime had undergone a major renovation.

The works had contributed to significantly increasing its market value. The management of the sale would have been entrusted to “Lionard Luxury Real Estate”, one of the most prestigious real estate agencies in the sector.

At the moment, however, no official confirmations have arrived either from Chiara Ferragni and Fedez or from the Municipality of Pognana Lario.
