This car was delivered new to the former Formula 1 driver, during his second season with the “prancing horse” team.
An internal plate bears his name, embellishing the specimen, whose birth was completed in 1990. The estimates of the eve dance between 160 thousand and 195 thousand euros and are slightly influenced by the prestige of the “Lion of England”, who was the first recipient. Higher hammer prices cannot be ruled out: much will depend on the fury of the dispute among potential buyers.

Nigel Mansell is thought to have owned his Ferrari Testarossa from March until the end of 1990, when the car was acquired by its second owner. Notes in the service booklet state that the speedometer was changed on May 27, 1997, when it read 8,333 miles. The replacement unit now shows 2,269 miles, which must be added to the total mileage accumulated by this magnificent supercar.
