Dyn wants to show all games in the FIBA ​​Europe Cup with German participation live and exclusively from October onwards.

Dyn’s transfer is made possible through an agreement with FIBA ​​and the German clubs. Johannes Fühner, Head of Strategy and Business Intelligence Dyn about this: “The great success of Chemnitz last season clearly showed that basketball fans intensively follow the games of the German teams, even in international competitions. Since we at Dyn aspire to be the home of sports for fans, we are constantly expanding our offering. The fact that we are now exclusively broadcasting the games of the German teams at the FIBA ​​Europe Cup is also an important development step for our channel: We want to strengthen the focus on games from international competitions at Dyn and thus offer fans even more action.”

Two German Bundesliga teams in the FIBA ​​Europe Cup

The streaming service explains in its announcement that two Bundesliga teams are represented in the FIBA ​​Europe Cup this season: MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg and Basketball Löwen Braunschweig. The teams will start with a home game. The game between Ludwigsburg and the Caledonia Gladiators will take place on October 8th at 7:30 p.m. Braunschweig will play against Petrolina AEK from Cyprus the following day at 8 p.m. The finals of the competition are scheduled for April 16 and 23, 2025. Should a German team end up in the final, they want to Dyn also broadcast these games live and on demand.

The streaming provider also points to the start of the Basketball Champions League on October 1st. Dyn wants to show all games from the preliminary round live and on demand again. The game plan can be found on the Platform website.
