Inspired by Äripää’s editorial, we conduct a phone interview with Kristiina Alliksaare, chancellor of the Ministry of Culture, on the topic of cultural policy and funding models for theaters.

We talk about the corporate profit tax with real estate investor and tax trainer Peeter Pärtel.

We talk about the change in people’s consumption habits and recycling with Katriin Jüriska, the CEO of the NGO Uuskaustuskuskuskus, and we shed light on the situation in the logistics business with Balti Logistika’s operations and country manager Greete Orgusaaar.

The morning program is hosted by Kristjan Kurg and Lauri Leet.

The program day continues with three programs:

11.00‒12.00 “Investor Toomas hour”. Almost three years have passed since the stock market debut of the renewable energy producer Enefit Green. In “Investor Toomas tunis”, we take a look at the company that during the IPO practically moved mountains on the investment landscape and connected more than 60,000 retail investors.

Despite a decent stock market rally, Enefit Green’s share price is now back at the starting point, economic indicators are below forecasts, newer winds are blowing in the company – changing managers and investors are worried.

We are trying to find out who is currently at the forefront of change management and whether the public share has become an enemy of the people for investors or is still a potential future-oriented investment.

The guest of the show is Andres Maasing, a member of the executive board of Enefit Green who is the CEO.

The presenter is Jana Saarkoppel, a journalist from the stock exchange editorial office.

13.0014.00 “Development and future of e-commerce”. The show talks about the consumer psychology of the e-shopper, i.e. what currently influences consumers to buy and how well the e-merchant uses these opportunities. For this purpose, we have invited Heidi Reinson, an expert in behavioral sciences, to the show.

The show also answers questions about what really affects consumers right now, how prices and advertising affect shopping, how to turn views into purchases, and how easy it is to change consumer behavior. In addition, it is discussed how technological development affects consumer behavior and how to combat abandonment and whether loyalty as such exists at all.

The show was hosted by Janek Kivimurd, DPD Estonia’s sales and marketing director.

15.0016.00 “Work and salary”. In the first show of October, there is a village coach and management trainer Ruti Einpalu, and we talk about active listening.

How is it different from ordinary listening, what is the benefit to the manager and how can it be practically applied? What is the most difficult part of active listening and what are the most common mistakes made while listening?

The conversation will be led by Helen Roots, Head of Personnel News.
