N°3 – Orange: the scent of balance

- In a bowl, add 20 drops of orange essence to a little neutral liquid soap, or to a diluted egg yolk, and mix well.
- Place everything under the bathtub faucet, while you run a hot bath.

- Mix in a bowl a tablespoon of liquid soap, eight drops of tangerine essence and eight drops of grapefruit essence.
- Place everything under the tap while you pour your bain (at 37°C) and enjoy it for around twenty minutes.
A precaution is necessary: do not expose yourself to the sun or even to the solarium after such a bath, because these essences, in reaction to the rays, could cause nasty spots on your skin.
For the rest, immerse yourself in this bath with your eyes closed: no grumpy person would resist it.
Mandarin Essential Oil Pearls – Organic
