The cafe was officially opened on Monday (15/7) to add services for customers, including capturing opportunities from after-sales services amidst the sluggish national automotive market.
It was stated that data from the first semester of 2024 (January – June), Auto2000 sales in the Jabodetabek area reached 25,929 units, down 5 percent compared to the same period the previous year of 27,151 units.
Auto2000 Chief Marketing, Yagimin explained that the presence of the cafe in collaboration with First Track is a form of Auto2000’s commitment to provide the best ‘service’ for customers.
“It’s time to transform. This can provide value to all customers who are expected to be pioneers in creating a Toyota dealer lifestyle experience ecosystem in Indonesia,” he explained.
Cafe Auto2000 X First Crack can be used by customers while waiting for their cars to be serviced. Various activities can also be done in the cafe area.
Yagimin did not deny that with customer satisfaction with Auto2000’s services, it could ultimately have an impact on increasing entry units to workshops or car sales at Auto2000.
The selection of BSD City as the first point of this cafe is not without reason, considering that the area is an upper middle class settlement with many available facilities.
Yagimin also did not deny that his party is also exploring the opening of similar cafes in other Auto2000 showrooms in several major cities in Indonesia.
“At least, consumers can feel a pleasant experience with Auto2000. Of course this encourages Auto2000 to become the Most Preferred Dealer in the eyes of customers,” he said in an official broadcast, Wednesday (17/7).
On the other hand, First Crack Chief Operating Officer, Keddy Sadeli said, the presence of the first outlet in this showroom is the first exclusive collaboration. The best Arabica coffee is ready to be given to customers.
Cafe Auto2000 x First Crack facilities consist of an Indoor Area with a Bar Zone equipped with manual brew, a large area with a seating capacity of up to more than 50 people.
There are also various attractive promos, starting from Free Service Consultation, as well as Free Car Wash Promo if you do nitrogen filling and emission testing.
Several Toyota car communities also enlivened the opening ceremony of the cafe, one of which was Toyota Innova Indonesia. They welcomed the presence of this facility positively.
Toyota Innova Indonesia Daily Chairperson, Fransisca FA, assessed that the presence of the cafe makes it easier for its members to conduct meeting activities while servicing at the Auto2000 workshop.
