Turkey’s new airline company, AJet, was deemed worthy of an award by the Airlines Passenger Experience Association (APEX), one of the leading organizations in the aviation industry.
APEX, which prioritizes passenger experience, awarded AJet in the “Four Star Low Cost Airline” category as a result of the evaluations of one million passengers worldwide. AJet crowned its success by being the only Turkish brand to receive an award in its category.
AJET’S SERVICE QUALITY HAS BEEN REGISTERED INTERNATIONALLY
APEX, one of the world’s respected aviation organizations, gives awards in various categories related to passenger experiences.
AJet became the only Turkish brand among dozens of international airline companies in the APEX passenger evaluation to receive an award in its category, with its approach prioritizing passenger satisfaction and its affordable price policy. AJet was deemed worthy of an award in the “Four Star Low Cost Airline” category as a result of the evaluation attended by one million passengers.
Turkey’s new airline company, AJet, which made its first flight under the name AJet on March 31, received its first international award even though seven months have passed since its establishment.

The award was presented to APEX/IFSA CEO Dr. at the ceremony held at the APEX/IFSA Global Expo fair in the USA. It was presented to AJet Marketing President Fatih Cığal and AJet Cabin Training Manager Türkan İşyapan Gürbüz by Joe Leader.
AJet Marketing President Fatih Cığal evaluated the award. Fatih Cığal said, “As AJet, we are proud to have been deemed worthy of one of the most prestigious awards in the world.
