Fitbit may soon generate personalized sleep guides

Fitbit offers several ways to help its users better understand and improve their sleep habits. Some of these include features like il sleep monitoringsilent alarms, bedtime reminders, sleep score and so on. Soon, it may add a new feature that it will provide useful summarypersonalized sleep information, insights and suggestions.

In one of the latest versions of the app, one was found new feature which appears to be in an early stage of development. In fact, it seems that the sleep diary will allow you to write down everything you could influence the ability to sleep at night. The user will be able to type or use their voice as a writing tool.

The feature mentions, “To get deeper insights and more personalized suggestions for better sleep, complete your journal every day.” A string of code in the app suggests that the functionality will exist within “Sleep Labs.” That code specifically says:

Sleep Lab • Allow the “Sleep Lab” feature to use your data to monitor and predict your sleep cycle. This experimental feature summarizes the connections between your sleep and elements of your daily experience (context, emotions and behavior).

It appears that this feature is initially intended to be exclusive to Fitbit Premium. However, it may become available to everyone in the future.
