I’m sorry that this week these Friday links have been renamed to Saturday links. I simply did not manage to post links on Nettips yesterday (Friday), as we took a relaxing trip to Copenhagen. The weather was absolutely fine and we enjoyed the Danish capital.
An ultra-short trip on Strøget, a really nice one with my son in Nørrebro, a kiosk beer in Ofelias Plads, a draft beer in Nyhavn and a metro trip to Enghave Plads. We found some dinner at Vesterbro, and then we took the train home at 8 p.m. We landed in Svendborg at 10 p.m.
A Friday like this can do anything. We love to get out and be part of the dynamic life, but we also love to come home to “safe” Sydfyn. Out good home is best. We always appreciate getting out and experiencing things, and we prioritize experiences pretty high at home.
Rudkøbing and Lundeborg – and all the other lovely places
It could also be a Saturday trip to Rudkøbing or a walk by Lundeborg. Many people know that we are very happy to live in Svendborg, but that does not mean that we are hardcore cadastre addicts. It’s always great to get out and experience other things in other places.
And Denmark is a very special place to be. We are surrounded by beautiful nature, and our standard of living is generally very high. Yes, I know that not everyone can pull some money out of their budget to take a trip to Copenhagen. It is not cheap to be in the capital.
Everything costs money, but you get a lot for your money if you remember to appreciate the little experiences. For example, the two little squirrels in a cemetery near Østerbro, or the cute little pussies who played in Enghave Plads.
It’s Saturday and once again our faithful guest linker alias Martin Bo has sent us links. Big thanks to you, MB! Today they are about the lovely beer, tips for Microsoft Windows and freeware, anatomy and physiology and Radio Mars.
