The accident happened in a four-way intersection between two passenger cars.
“The collision took place at a fairly high speed, estimated at 90 kilometers per hour,” an SOS alarm operator responsible for the Bergslagen rescue region told the newspaper.
Three of the people were in one car and two in the other. The people must have been taken to hospital in both an ambulance and an ambulance helicopter.
