Football players of Ukraine defeated Georgia in the League of Nations, Germans won in Bosnia

Prague – The football players of Ukraine defeated Georgia 1:0 in the asylum in Poznań and won for the first time in the “Czech” group B1 of the League of Nations. On the contrary, the Georgian team did not follow up on two victories in the 3rd round and is at the top of the table with six points, just like the Czechs after a 2:0 home triumph over Albania in a parallel match. On Monday, the Ukrainians will welcome coach Ivan Hašek’s charge in another Polish city, Wrocław, where they will want to avenge their 2:3 defeat against Eden in September.

In the elite group A3, Germany won 2:1 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, both goals were scored by Deniz Undav. The Netherlands, despite being weakened, won at least a point in Hungary for a 1:1 draw. Slovakia overcame a two-goal deficit against Sweden and played with it 2:2. In the next match of Group C1, Estonia beat Azerbaijan 3:1, also thanks to a goal from midfielder Slovácko Vlasij Sinjavský.

Due to Russian military aggression, Ukraine has to play abroad, in September against Albania, it played at Letná in Prague. She found asylum in Poland for two League of Nations matches in October. They defeated Georgia, which beat the Czech Republic 4:1 a month ago, thanks to a goal from Mudryk in the 35th minute.

Striker Undav, who played for Stuttgart in the Champions League against Sparta at the beginning of October, scored both goals in the Bosnia and Herzegovina net between the 30th and 36th minutes. He won the League of Nations for the second time in a row. Gunner Džeko scored for the home side after the change of sides, but he did not prevent the loss.

The Germans lead the group by two points ahead of the Dutch. “Oranje” in Budapest were losing from the 32nd minute after an intervention by Sallaie. In the second half, the visitors’ captain Van Dijk received two yellow cards in three minutes, the Netherlands still equalized thanks to Dumfries. Both the Hungarians and Bosnians are still waiting for their first win in this year’s League of Nations.

The Slovaks lost by two goals against the Swedes in Bratislava, but striker Strelec reduced the score at the end of the first half and equalized after the break. Both countries have seven points from three matches.

The Estonians scored the first points. Sinjavskiy scored the winning goal against Azerbaijan in the first half. The Slovácko player waited 36 games for his first national team hit.

Turkey beat Montenegro 1:0 at home. In the next match of the B4 group, Iceland drew 2:2 with Wales, despite losing to them by two goals after the opening act.
