For the first time in a year, the Central Administrative District entered the top 10 districts of Moscow in terms of demand for new buildings

TiNAO took first place – 2.5 thousand equity participation agreements (EPAs) were registered there, which is 29.3% of their total number on the Moscow housing market.

The result of New Moscow is 1.2 times higher than the total number of registered primary transactions in the Western Administrative District (13.2%, 1.1 thousand DDU) and the Southern Administrative District (11.2%, 968 DDU), which are ranked second and third, respectively.

In fourth place was the South-East Administrative District (9.6%, 830 DDUs), in fifth place was the North-West Administrative District (9.2%, 797 DDUs), and in sixth place was the North-East Administrative District (704 DDUs). The seventh, eighth, ninth, and 10th lines of the rating were taken by the North Administrative District (576 DDUs), Central Administrative District (4.9%, 421 DDUs), East Administrative District (378 DDUs), and South-West Administrative District (256 DDUs). In last place was the Zelenograd Administrative District (0.6%, 54 DDUs).

In addition, from January to August 2024, the leading position in demand for new buildings was taken by TiNAO (29.7%, 26 thousand DDU), and the second and third lines were also taken by ZAO (12.5%, 11 thousand DDU) and YuAO (11.2%, 9.9 thousand DDU). In last place is Zelenograd Administrative Okrug (0.7%, 609 DDU).
