The weekend in the Northern capital will begin with dry and windy weather. At the same time, the city will become significantly colder.
The weather conditions in St. Petersburg on Saturday, September 21, will be influenced by a cold atmospheric front. This was reported by Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos Center, on his Telegram channel. According to him, the city on the Neva will be partly cloudy and without significant precipitation. At the same time, a gusty northwest wind is forecast, and the pressure will exceed the norm and amount to 766 mm Hg.
Thermometer readings in St. Petersburg during the day will show 15-17 degrees, in the Leningrad region – 13-18 degrees, the weather forecaster specified.
On Sunday, September 22, it will become even colder in the Northern capital – only 12-14 degrees Celsius.
Let us recall that the abnormal heat in St. Petersburg, due to which even the lilacs bloomed, has broken six records at once since the beginning of September.
