Forecaster Shuvalov predicted unstable weather in Moscow in January

The head of the Meteo forecast center, Alexander Shuvalov, told RT about the unstable weather in January in Moscow and the region.

“Most of next week will be unstable and jerky again. Today we have a slight minus, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we have a weak plus, on Saturday evening a decline will begin, which will continue throughout the first half of the week. By January 15-16, the temperature will drop to -10…-15 °C,” he shared.

Most of next week will be frosty, the forecaster said.

“Epiphany will be frosty, but between the 17th and the first half of the day of January 18 there will be a thaw again. This unstable wave-like weather pattern will haunt us until the end of January,” Shuvalov said.

Earlier, weather forecaster at the Meteo forecasting center, Alexander Ilyin, spoke about mild Epiphany frosts.
