Former director at Jyllands-Posten and Obton Group becomes new commercial director in digital agency

44-year-old Rasmus Blegvad has joined as partner and commercial director of the rapidly growing digital marketing agency, KompetenceKanalen A/S, which is headquartered in Aarhus.

Rasmus Blegvad resigned in the summer of 2023 from his position as Jyllands-Posten’s advertising director and as managing director of Jyllands-Posten’s Local Newspapers in order to, at the time, become investment director for an asset manager.

“It is an extremely heavy and skilled media profile that we have brought to the management team in KompetenceKanalen. Rasmus’s drive in sales, operations and management is unparalleled. And thus an invaluable contribution to our continued growth ambitions”, says Benjamin Ben-Noon, co-founder of the agency.

KompetenceKanalen A/S has significant ambitions for both organic growth and growth via acquisitions, and already in 2024 the company expects a bottom line growth of 80%.
