M. entered into an agreement with a truck driver to deliver Tk. 25 lakh to the customer in Barisal in exchange for Tk. 24,000. An agency called Alam Transport.
The truck leaves with the tins to deliver them to the agreed destination. But the rolls did not reach Sharif & Sons in Barisal on time. And the mobile phone of the truck driver is also found to be switched off. There was no trace of the waves.

If the Sitakunda police could not resolve the matter, the victim approached the PBI district police. Finally, PBI, Chittagong district was able to arrest one member of the gang in a 48-hour operation. They have multiple members. They are active members of the load unload cycle. They embezzle other’s goods in the name of transportation.
Superintendent of Police Sheikh Zainuddin confirmed the matter in a press conference organized at PBI Chittagong district office on Tuesday (October 8).
He said, no crime is small for us. We take any complaint or lawsuit about any matter very seriously. In this case too, after receiving the complaint, we started the operation quickly. We managed to arrest one member of the gang in a successful operation of 48 hours. Operations are on to arrest other members of the gang.
Investigating officer SI Shahadat said, with the help of CCTV footage and information technology, we were able to identify the accused and recover the documents. Many obstacles have to be overcome in the campaign. But it feels good to finally succeed. I am back to put a smile on the face of the victim.
Plaintiff Md. Rubel Howladar said, I first approached Sitakund police station in this incident. But the police authorities could not help much.
But after complaining to PBI they were able to recover our goods. Earlier we had faith in PBI that they would be able to recover the tins.
