The nominees for the DDMA Customer Data Awards have been announced. In the Innovation category, FrieslandCampina Professional, Intergamma, Rituals and viaBOVAG.nl compete for the win. The Data Transformation category will not be awarded.

This year, the DDMA Customer Data Awards will be presented for the 18th time to the organization that most successfully manages customer data at an operational, tactical and strategic level. All submitted cases have been assessed by an independent professional jury on, among other things, returns, strategic anchoring in the organization and the impact of data use on customers. In addition to jury chairman Frank de Beun, the professional jury consists of Lisette Gouda (ANWB), Arnold van het Nederend (KPN), Ewout Vis (Ewout Vis Data & Analytics), Ceesjan de Vos (Ternair Marketing Cloud) and Bas Karsemeijer (DataOps House & ShelfSupervisor). .
Presentations and awards ceremony

The DDMA Customer Data Awards are once again part of two DDMA events this year. First of all, the nominees will explain their cases in detail during a special Digital Talk on November 12. Registration is free and open to everyone. The presentation will follow during DDMA NEXT on November 28. During this event for decision makers in Capital C in Amsterdam, the winner will also share their award-winning approach with visitors.
