G.Skill unveils Trident Z5 Royal Neo. The new memories come with AMD EXPO (Extended Profiles for Overclocking) technology and will be available up to DDR5-8000 CL38-48-48-127 speed in 32GB (2x16GB) and 48GB (2x24GB) kits.
With a mirror finish in gold or silver, this new memory series is the ideal DDR5 solution for enthusiasts and overclockers looking to build a stylish and high-performance AMD PC system, says the producer.
G.Skill unveils Trident Z5 Royal Neo
Following the Trident Z5 Royal luxury design with a CNC-cut aluminum heatsink, mirror finish in gold or silver options and an RGB lighting bar, the Trident Z5 Royal Neo memory is designed for AMD AM5 platforms with AMD EXPO profile. Customizable RGB lighting is supported via G.SKILL Trident Z lighting control software or motherboard lighting software.
With the new AMD Ryzen 9000 desktop processor on a compatible platform, the Trident Z5 Royal Neo series offers extreme memory overclocking speeds up to DDR5-8000 via 1:2 mode in the BIOS. The new DDR5 Trident Z5 Royal Neo memory kits support AMD EXPO (Extended Profile for Overclocking) technology for easy memory overclocking via BIOS and will be distributed at G.SKILL worldwide distribution partners starting in August 2024, notes Wccftech.
These DDR5 memory kits from G.SKILL should be fully compatible with the latest tuning and overclocking features of AMD Ryzen 9000 CPUs, such as EXPO “On-The-Fly” and EXPO OPP (Optimized Performance Profiles), which will be added to AM5 motherboards. The latest BIOS is already released, so we just have to wait for these new memories to become available as well.
