- Samsung recently introduced the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro headphones
- Unfortunately, an unexpected problem started to appear
- Thanks to this, the manufacturer pushes back the delivery date
It’s not even two weeks since the Galaxy Unpacked event where Samsung introduced new products. Among them are high-end headphones Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which you can currently pre-order. However, a very unpleasant problem began to appear with the new headphones, which the manufacturer is already intensively solving.
Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have a problem
You can get the new headphones from Samsung from 10.7. pre-order on the manufacturer’s website, while the South Korean giant promised that the first lucky ones will arrive on July 24. Unfortunately, the promised date does not apply in the end. What is the reason? The headphones have already reached the hands of the first users in South Korea, who on income entrusted with their experiences.
When removing the headphones from the ears, many owners have started to tear the silicone attachment. They then had to exchange it for one of the two spares that are in the package. But this is a rather awkward solution, as the replacement plugs have a different size. In addition, this problem appeared with a large number of customers, to which Samsung is understandably reacting and moving the delivery date of the headphones.

How long will the wait be?
Therefore, Samsung will not fulfill the original promised delivery date and the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 will arrive to customers later. For example, the American site of the manufacturer indicates a delivery date of August 24. In some European countries, such as Germany or Great Britain, the wait will be slightly shorter. Samsung promises August 16 delivery here. However, Samsung’s Czech website lists the date as August 26.
This is an unpleasant problem that does not add much to Samsung’s reputation. Manufacturers test new products well in advance, and it is hard to believe that Samsung did not manage to detect the problem with the silicone plugs before they were launched on the market.
