Galp Energia presented a net profit of 890 million euros in the first nine months of the year. In the accounts released this morning to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the Portuguese oil company records an increase of 24% compared to the same period last year. In 2023, Galp had made a profit of 718 million euros by September.
Specifically, in the third quarter of the year, the company reported profits of 266 million euros. It is a drop compared to the 299 million recorded in the previous quarter, but still 27% higher than the same period last year, since last year, from July to September, the company’s net profit had been 210 million.
