And of course, this tradition continues during the summer holidays. While last week Epic gave away one game for free, this week we got a pair of interesting titles.
Maid of Sker
We’ll start with the bigger game, which is the 2020 survival horror Maid of Sker by Wales Interactive. This is an independent title that bets on a dense atmosphere based on British folklore, and the game takes us to a remote hotel in Wales.
But as is usual with similar games, the hotel has a dark, bloody history and you will have to do something to defend yourself from its ruthless inhabitants. Maid of Sker offers very decent graphics, solid gameplay with puzzles and setting in real realities (Sker House really exists).

Arcade Paradise
The second free game won’t scare you to death, quite the opposite. In Arcade Paradise, you will operate and take care of an arcade crammed to the brim with retro slot machines from years gone by. But it’s not just any game room, it’s secret and hidden behind a large laundry room.
So your character runs a laundromat, but also a secret gaming room with machines, so you will not only do laundry, but also play. This is an unconventional and at the same time interesting simulator that can certainly entertain you for a good few hours. The game offers a total of 35 types of slots that cover 3 decades of gaming history.
