Javier Martínez, an expert, has given us the keys to saving. It all depends on the time and day. “The cheapest thing is always to do it at night or in the early hours of the morning”he points out.
This is because the fuel, usually gasoline, is denser: “We can refuel more volume with the same liters and on the other hand, there are studies that certify that gasoline changes are usually made at this time,” reports the expert in ‘TAT’. As for which day is best to refuel, Javier assures that on Monday: “The price is always adjusted on this day.”
However, there is another day when prices are also adjusted a lot: Friday. “Above all, what you have to do is avoid weekends or holidays, where it is usually always very expensive,” concludes Javier Fernández, expert.
