Nvidia graphics card
The Geforce RTX 5070 Ti could honorably continue Nvidia’s 70 series with a strong upgrade. There are leaks about the technical data.
Der Leaker Kopite7Kimi (via videocardz.com) has revealed details about the Geforce RTX 5070 Ti. It is scheduled to appear at the beginning of 2025 and will impress with strong technical data. The Geforce RTX 5070 Ti would therefore be equipped with 8,960 CUDA cores, distributed across 70 streaming multiprocessors. This represents a significant increase over the RTX 4070 Ti, which has 7,680 CUDA cores. The GB203 graphics processor used is a slimmed down version of the GPU used in the RTX 5080.
The power consumption of the RTX 5070 Ti is estimated at 300 watts, making it more energy efficient than the RTX 5080, which requires 400 watts. This efficiency could be a deciding factor for gamers looking for powerful but energy-efficient (or less power-hungry) hardware.
The RTX 5070 Ti offers significant advantages for gamers and creative people. The increased number of CUDA cores and optimized performance enable smoother gameplay and faster rendering times. This makes the card particularly attractive for users who work or play in high-resolution environments.
The price of the Geforce RTX 5070 Ti is expected to be higher than the RTX 4070 Ti, which was priced at $800 plus VAT. Given the increased performance and new technology, a higher price can be expected. Availability is expected in the first quarter of 2025, with a possible announcement at CES in January.
