Gemini arrives on Android Auto and there are more news from Google

With each new version, even if often indirectly, new features appear in Android Auto. Google is actively working on its system and it shows. In the most recent test version we now have Gemini as a new feature, but it’s not just about Google’s AI.

Gemini and AI are coming to Android Auto
Google's AI assistant Gemini is starting to take center stage in the Google ecosystem, and it looks like it's coming to Android Auto sooner rather than later. According to a recent report, the company appears to be testing Gemini on the dedicated automobile platform. If confirmed, this will represent a breakthrough for automotive digital assistants.
Although Google has not officially confirmed the integration of Gemini in Android Auto, some interesting clues have emerged. Analysis of the Android Auto v13.5 beta APK revealed Gemini-related code, with a way to manually activate this interface.

When enabled, the Gemini UI replaces the Assistant's regular microphone icon with a gradient-colored symbol that matches Gemini's branding. There is a warning at the bottom of the screen with “ask Gemini”, which is a hint of its functionality. We haven't been able to get Gemini to respond yet, but the fact that this UI exists suggests that the rollout is underway. 
This will not be the only new feature from Google
Now, the Gemini interface is visible in the beta version of Android Auto, but it is not yet fully functional.
