Google has expanded its artificial intelligence with another useful solution.
Undoubtedly, one of the best features of devices with larger screens is that we can comfortably perform several tasks on them at the same time. Building on this, Google has made a new button available in Gemini, with the help of which we can easily activate the tech giant’s artificial intelligence while entering split-screen mode on devices with larger displays that support it.
By tapping the handle bar at the top of Gemini’s menu bar, the interface can be easily moved to the right, left, top or bottom of the screen, allowing the AI to sit comfortably next to the other active application. For example, the function can be especially practical if you are reading or taking notes and want to ask Gemini for help.
This capability of Google’s artificial intelligence was previously only available on Samsung devices, but is now supported by the Pixel Tablet and Pixel Fold. Although, based on user feedback, it is not yet available on phones with smaller screens, it is expected that Google will soon optimize the multitasking function for these as well.
