As we age, bones gradually lose their density, so bone mass decreases. Because of this, the bones become more and more fragile, which can be the result of many accidents and falls with serious consequences. In order to prevent osteoporosis and preserve the health of our bones, we can use the tools of allopathy, alternative medicine, homeopathy, phytotherapy, among others. In addition, of course, make sure you have a proper diet and don’t neglect regular exercise.

It also plays a role in restoring the body’s acid-base balance. It is recommended to have a cure during which we alternate decoctions of horsetail, bamboo and lithothamnium. Consume horsetail tea for 21 days, then take a break for 7 days, then continue with bamboo tea again for 21 days. After a 7-day break, drink the lithothamnium decoction daily.
