BERLIN – Lidl has entered into a digital partnership with Disney+, which will give users of the Lidl Plus app in Germany access to the streaming service.
Lidl customers in Germany who use the Lidl Plus app and reach a certain monthly purchase volume have the option to choose the Disney+ ‘Standard with advertising’ subscription option via ‘Discount Collector Plus’ in the app from 4 November 2024.
App users will have access to Disney+ at a reduced price or for free, depending on their monthly spending with the Lidl Plus app.
The offer is activated exclusively through the application, and the discount can be extended every month with the corresponding purchase volume, notes the discount store.
After registering as a Disney+ discount aggregator, customers must activate Lidl Pay and make relevant purchases to gain free access to the Disney+ ‘Standard with Advertising’ subscription option.

Lidl adds that they are promoting the cooperation at the beginning of the campaign through the new digital Plus offer through TV, radio, print and digital media.

Earlier this year, Carrefour partnered with Netflix on a new Carrefour Plus subscription program for customers in the Rouen and Bordeaux areas of France.
