(Suwon = Newsis) Reporter Park Sang-wook = Gyeonggi Housing and Communities Corporation (GH) is recruiting private operators for the private participation public housing project in three blocks (S1 to S3) in the Gwangmyeong Hak-on public housing district.

According to GH on the 30th, Gwangmyeong Hak On S1 block will be promoted as a standalone public offering, and S2~S3 blocks will be promoted as an integrated (package) public offering.

Block S1 has a total of 1,353 units, consisting of 1,079 units of public sale housing and 274 units of integrated public rental housing. In particular, S1 Block is GH’s first fully mixed social mix housing complex that eliminates the distinction between pre-sale housing and rental housing, and is designed to be at the level of pre-sale housing and is planned to be supplied with high quality.
Blocks S2 to S3 consist of 374 and 939 units, respectively, and are supplied as integrated public rental housing.

The concept of ‘GH Space Welfare Home’ will be introduced in this Gwangmyeong Hak-on 3-block public housing project. The goal is to realize GH’s unique spatial welfare, including forming an integrated community in blocks S1 to S3, specializing in commercial areas, and providing welfare and housing services tailored to consumers. We plan to present differentiated designs by collaborating with various architects, including GH public architects and emerging architects, to specialize designs by neighborhood (including community).

The ‘Home Ground’ design element also attracts attention. ‘GH Rugali’, a vegetable garden that relieves the stress of city life, ‘GH Neulnamu’, a senior center with a cultural and health care system, and ‘GH Deuk GH’, a seasonal warehouse utilizing underground space. We plan to introduce various specialized elements such as ).

In addition, a slab thickness of 250 mm and zero energy building certification level 5 will be applied to public housing in S1 to S3 blocks, and zero energy building certification level 1 will be piloted to some community facilities in S1 block.

This contest will begin with an announcement on this day, and letters of intent to participate will be accepted on October 7th and business application confirmations will be accepted on October 23rd. Project applications are due on November 29th for S1 block and December 2nd for S2~S3 blocks. Detailed information can be found on the GH website (www.gh.or.kr).
