Gigi Becali’s coach sparked anger in the FRF, after the interview in which he complained about how he was treated

Alex Bourceanu and Mihai Pintilii complained in a podcast to Ionel Stoica about the problems they faced in the courses in order to become trainers with proper documents.

Mihai Pintilii and Alex Bourceanu they are two former great footballers of the FCSB and the Romanian national team, who, after giving up football, took the path of coaching.

However, both had some dissatisfaction with the duration of the courses, but also with the fact that, although they have evolved at a certain level, however, they were made to do training courses for the improvement of coaches with people who wanted to become sports teachers or coaches of children and juniors.

Mihai Pintilii finally obtained his coaching card at SNSPA, later choosing to continue his studies for licenses in Moldova. But, in a podcast with journalist Lonel Stoica, Mihai Pintilii complained about some problems related to the courses he took in Romania. “There are some things that don’t work and you can’t learn so much material, plus so much time is wasted. I agree that the school has its role, but select a little. Former footballer or I don’t know what. You can’t make me take classes with someone who only wants to be a school teacher. You teach me some things that you teach to someone who only wants to be a sports teacher or only to children and juniors, UNDER 12 maximum. And it doesn’t suit me to stay doing the same things”, were some of the issues raised by Pintilii.

For his part, Alex Bourceanu stated: “I have a problem with the number of years, in order to need to do the PRO license. For a year I couldn’t get my card. and then I did two years, so three have passed. After which nothing happened for a year, plus another year, if I didn’t go to Germany to get my B license. So, in Romania I didn’t even have the B license in five years. It’s not a problem of the FRF, it’s a problem of state laws”. One of the people from the FRF, who advises Răzvan Burleanu revealed for ProSport that Mihai Pintilii’s statements in particular disturbed the offices of the forum led by the number 1 man in Romanian football. “This is what happens when a man sees himself with bags in the cart. If it wasn’t for Răzvan Burleanu to beg the SNSPA to accept those without a BAC, like Pintilii, he would never have been able to do this coaching training course. Everything he said is shameful. Răzvan thought of them and tried to help those who do not have the BAC. The teachers there did not want to accept those without a high school diploma.

Then, these completed training courses allowed Mihai Pintilii to enter legality and to be able to have the right to legally sit on the bench. Plus, from this moment Mihai Pintilii can be employed by Gigi Becali on a coach contract, not as a measurer or I don’t know what. And one more thing. Former representative or international footballers with a number of caps have some facilities. We don’t know why Pintilii is whining and it’s a shame that he comes out with such things in public. Mihai Pintilii’s courses chisel you and teach you some things. You can’t be a coach who screams like a desperado at the players. In those courses you also learn some things related to behavior. And in the case of Boruceanu, things are simple. He was ill-advised from the start, we don’t know by whom, and it’s not because of us that he lost five years or so,” said the source.
