G’Live, Generali France’s new internal editorial app




Generali France has launched G’Live, an internal application developed with Sequoia and Big Youth, to offer its 7,500 employees personalized and immediate access to corporate information. The application, offering various formats (articles, videos, podcasts), has already reached an equipment rate of 60% since its launch in April 2024.

Generali France’s digital transformation strategy continues. Helped by the Sequoia and Big Youth agencies, Generali France has therefore launched a new internal editorial app, G’Live. The objectives? With this app, the company aims to strengthen its internal communication and intends to provide a response to changing behaviors in terms of information consumption, to the need to speak to traveling employees and to the need for ever more immediate sharing of company news.

Furthermore, the communications department of Generali France wanted the establishment of a fluid and responsive communication channel to reach its 7,500 employees as closely as possible with :

  • And direct and readable access to information at any time from a phone.
  • L’access to a variety of content formats (articles, videos, podcasts…).
  • The possibility of personalize the app according to his interests.
  • A modern and dynamic user experience in current media codes.

Generali France chose, as part of a call for tenders, to rely on the agencies Big Youth and Sequoia who combined their digital and internal communication skills to support G’Live’s collaborative design approach and the repositioning of other internal communication channels satellite to the app. The agency tandem also designed the event communication campaign around the launch of the application.

The application, launched in April 2024, has been very successful, with a 60% equipment rate on employee phones (professional and personal mobiles).
