The Stellantis group has published its commercial results for the year 2024 in France, where it occupies first place in sales.
With 28.5% market share in the passenger vehicle (PC) and light utility vehicle (LCV) segment, Stellar is the market leader group in France in 2024.
Stellantis dominates the French market in 2024
For the year 2024, Stellantis is also leading the LCV market, with a market share of 38.4%, but also in the PC derivatives segment of segments B and C, with a market share of 51.2 % Regarding 100% electric vehiclesStellantis now has a market share of 33.6%, with a 26% increase in sales compared to 2023: this success can be explained thanks to Electric Leasing 2024, which allowed the group to capture no less 70% of the 50,000 vehicles planned for the program.

The group’s brands are appreciated in France
In the passenger vehicle market, Stellantis has no less than 4 models in the Top 10 sales in France in 2024 : the Peugeot 208, 308, 2008, as well as the Citroën C3. In France, six brands from the Franco-Italian group stood out in 2024: Peugeot first of all, with the e-208 which is the best-selling B segment electric vehicle on the French market in 2024. Citroën has for its part recorded more than 40,000 orders in France for the new generation of the C3, while DS Automobiles recorded more than 18,000 registrations last year, with a market share by 6.2% on the premium market.
Jeep recorded an increase in volumes of more than 58% in 2024, due in particular to the success of the Jeep Avenger, offered in 100% electric, hybrid and gasoline versions. Fiat is the No. 3 sales brand in France in the A and B segment electric vehicle market, with a 21.8% market share, while the Fiat 600e now has a market share of 4, 7%.
Finally, Alfa Romeo recorded growth of 12% over the whole of 2024, thanks to the arrival of its new Alfa Romeo Junior SUV.
