Google Docs will allow you to use Gemini to create images

Google Docs received a handy AI tool earlier this year, which allowed users to generate cover images full page for your documents using Gemini. Google is now expanding the capability of this feature to allow users to generate images even inside documents.

Based on Google’s “Image 3” image generation model, the new feature will allow you to create photorealistic images of people, landscapes and more with a simple prompt of text. Users can navigate to the “Insert” menu to generate an image and select the new “Help me create an image” option in the Image submenu.

The feature will open a new “Create an Image” panel in the sidebar, where users can insert a description image, choose an aspect ratio, and select a style for the image.

Like the cover image generation functionalitythe new inline image creation option is now available only for Google Workspace subscribers. Google states that the feature will be available to Gemini Business, Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Education, Gemini Education Premium, and Google Workspace subscribers with a plan Google One AI Premium in the next few days.
