You will no longer be able to access the page usability report, but you will still be able to access the subsumed Core Web Vitals and HTTPS reports.
Google Search Central informs SEOs and site operators that a report will be removed from them in the future. The Page Usability Report is discontinued. This report from Google essentially deals with the criteria Core Web Vitals and HTTPS usage. But there are dedicated reports for these two central aspects that influence the page experience. In order to minimize the complexity in the report overview, the Page Experience Report is removed as a shell report. Google explained:
(… ) We decided to remove this page to reduce unnecessary clutter within Search Console and simplify navigating to this information. We still encourage you to focus on providing a good page experience to your readers and monitoring the status of your sites page experience in the CWV and HTTPS reports (…).
On the reports for HTTPS and the Core Web Vitals you can still access it without restrictions. At the moment, SEOs and website operators are primarily concerned with Google’s latest core update. This has increased in volatility in the past few days. There will likely be some fluctuations in the SERPs until the end – probably next week.
