Google Photo is finally adding a new button that allows you to flip images horizontally. This little addition is located in the section Crop of the editing tools within the Google Photos app and was spotted by a Telegram user.
As of now this option has not yet arrived on most devices, the leaker in fact reports that it is only available for some users. Google may soon distribute this feature via a server-side update. In this case, it may take a few days before it starts appearing for all Google Photos users.
Currently, the crop tool in the Google app includes options for rotateresize and improve the aspect ratio of images. When available, the new tool to flip images horizontally will appear next to the rotation button. This new feature is much appreciated because it expands the possible modifications that an app like Google Photos should be able to allow its users.
