Hands-on images of Pixel 9 Pro XL her Google have made their appearance and one of them reveals that this particular phone has 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of storage space.
The same image also shows that the Pixel 9 Pro XL will use the Exynos 5400 modem. This will be an upgrade from the Exynos 5300 found in the Pixel 7 and Pixel 8. The Exynos 5400 supports maximum data transfer speeds of up to 14.79 Gbps , a speed you will probably never need to use.
The Exynos 5400 will be produced by the Samsung Foundry using the 4nm process node. It will likely be the modem used across the entire Pixel 9 line, which should also include the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL brings back the “XL” branding for the first time since 2019’s Pixel 4 XL. The Pixel 9 Pro XL is expected to feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1344 resolution. x 2992. The camera system on the back will have three 50MP sensors: the main, the ultrawide and the telephoto lens which is expected to offer up to 5x optical zoom. Google is expected to unveil the phone alongside the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro Fold on August 13.
