The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced that the Big 4 digital (mobile/card type) Onnuri Gift Certificate event will be held until February 10th as a measure to stabilize people’s livelihood during the Lunar New Year.

The Big 4 events include 1. Increase of digital gift certificate discount rate by 5% points 2. Up to 15% refund of digital gift certificates 3. Distribution of 5% discount coupons to online traditional markets (12 locations) 4. Digital gift certificate lottery payment.

Onnuri gift certificates are gift certificates exclusively for traditional markets and shopping malls issued by the government to revitalize traditional markets in accordance with the Traditional Market Act. Merchants in traditional markets, shopping streets, alley-type shopping malls, commercial revitalization zones and autonomous commercial zones under the Regional Commercial Act, and 100-year-old small business owners under the Small Business Act It can be used like cash in other places.

In addition, with the revision of the Enforcement Decree of the Traditional Market Act, it can now be used in sports and recreation academies, musical instrument lesson academies, art academies, dance academies, acting academies, clinics, animal hospitals, karaoke studios, legal offices, and tax offices within traditional markets and shopping districts. Done.

Onnuri gift certificates are available in three types: paper, mobile, and card types. Among these, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups is encouraging the use of digital Onnuri gift certificates, which make it easier to manage purchase history, etc., to prevent illegal distribution.

First, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups temporarily raised the discount rate for purchasing digital Onnuri gift certificates by 5 percentage points from the existing 10% to 15%. The purchase limit is 2 million won for both mobile and card types. In addition, up to 15% of the digital gift certificate payment amount is refunded as a digital gift certificate, up to 80,000 won per person.

Refunds are processed in four stages. You can receive a refund up to a maximum of 20,000 won per person based on the cumulative payment amount for each card and mobile type. 15% of the payment amount will be refunded in increments of 1,000 won, and the minimum payment amount is 7,000 won. The card can be used as a gift, and the mobile version can be refunded through the coupon registration function.

If you receive both a gift certificate purchase discount and a digital refund as above, you will receive a discount of up to 30%.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups also provides 5% discount coupons for digital Onnuri gift certificates at 12 online traditional markets. Online Traditional Market Hall is an Onnuri Gift Certificate affiliated store that allows online shopping and includes Onnuri Market, Onnuri Traditional Market, Onnuri Good Day, Noljang, and Ddaenggyeo.

There is also a lottery event where digital gift certificates are awarded through a drawing when a purchase of 30,000 won or more is made with a digital gift certificate. If the combined online and offline amount exceeds 30,000 won, you will be automatically entered. Digital gift certificates will be distributed to 2,025 card and mobile gift certificate users each through a drawing in February.

In addition, a 40% income tax deduction is also provided for the amount (card, mobile, cash receipt) used to purchase holiday gifts and jesus at traditional markets.
