The 31-year-old influencer and former Big Brother VIP is expecting her first child with her partner Pier Paolo Pretelli.
The couple has been together for over three years after meeting during the fifth edition of ‘Big Brother VIP’and lives in Milan.
Posting some on Instagram Photo of a couple in which you see the little belly about Giulia, the two wrote: “A new exciting chapter in our life is about to begin. Desired, sought, the fruit of a mature and responsible love”.
“Am I scared? YES.. but I will do my best as a mother to raise you in the best way and certain of having a super Dad next to me who thanks to his love makes me feel protected and safe”they added.
“We are grateful to life for having received such a great gift. Now we are ready to live for you.. Mom and Dad”they concluded.
If for Salemi this is, as mentioned, the first child, Pretelli is already the father of Leonardohad in 2017 by ex-partner Ariadna Romero.
Leo, who just turned 7, now lives with his mother in Miamiin the United States. And just in the past few weeks he spent several days on vacation in Italy with his father and his new partner.
