Iglucraft, which produces and sells wooden saunas, had a year’s worth of work because the management led by Priit Kallas decided to swim against the tide and increased marketing expenses.
Kallas said in Äripää radio’s Friday morning program that after increasing marketing expenses, the work started to bear fruit. “The face is smiling,” Kallas expressed.
The previous crisis taught him to reduce the production volume. According to him, he used to have to worry about how to bring the work to the table, but now he has to worry about how to get the job done. “Now there are good volumes ahead,” he noted.
In addition, Kallas talked about which countries he decided to invest in, what the plan is in the USA and how Iglupark, which offers sauna and accommodation services, is doing.
