Ingredients:

  • 300-400 grams of carrots
  • 3-4 hot peppers
  • 3-4 peppers
  • 1 blue eggplant
  • 2-3 boiled eggs
  • 800 gr of Greek yogurt
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, oil, pepper, oregano, spicy red pepper

Preparation:

Fry some garlic in the oil, remove it from the fat, then add the grated carrot to the oil, which you will also fry. Take out the carrot and fry some peppers and hot peppers there. Remove them from the oil and let them drain, then fry the diced eggplant.

Then combine garlic and carrot, salt, pepper and Greek yogurt. Place a layer with Greek yogurt and carrots in an ovenproof bowl, then a layer of peppers and eggplant, and then boiled eggs again, a layer with Greek yogurt and spices.
