Green House Photovoltaic Program 2024: Enrollment in the Green House Photovoltaic Program has ended

Today, October 9, 2024, time: 1000, the last registration session for this year took place, namely that of religious units within the Program regarding the installation of photovoltaic panel systems for the production of electricity, in order to cover the consumption requirement and deliver the surplus in the national network – Casa Verde Fotovoltaice, according to a recent release from the institution’s website.

The budget of 20,100,000 lei allocated to this session was fully reserved by registering a number of 670 applicants.

“Today, the last registration stage, dedicated to religious units, of this session of the Casa Verde Photovoltaic 2024 Program ended. As a novelty, in this session, the financing of installations for the storage of electrical energy produced by photovoltaic panels was ensured, an essential measure for maximizing the energy efficiency and independence of households and cult units. This novelty led to the increase of the subsidy, from 20,000 lei to 30,000 lei, thus offering greater financial support for those who want to invest in green energy. Enrollments in the program, both from individuals and from religious units, add up to requests for financing in the amount of 1,999,980,000 lei for the installation of 66,666 new electricity production capacities financed from the Environmental Fund”, stated the president AFM, Laurentiu-Adrian NECULAESCU.

Financing is granted in the amount of a maximum of 30,000 lei for the purchase and installation of a system of photovoltaic panels and an installation for storing electricity produced from renewable sources, on the condition that the beneficiary bears an own contribution of 3,000 lei.

After the conclusion of the participation contracts with AFM of the installers who signed up for the program, between September 6 and 13, 2024, the consolidated list of validated installers will be published on the institution’s website, which will include both the installers validated this year and and the installers validated in the previous sessions who reconfirmed their participation in the Casa Verde Photovoltaic program

From the moment the consolidated list of installers validated under the program will be published on the institution’s website, applicants have a maximum of 90 days to complete the following stages:

a) the applicant’s selection of a validated installer, through the application;

b) analysis by the installer of the documents uploaded by the applicant.

c) approval/rejection/rejection by the installer of the applicants.

Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of selection of the installer by the applicant, the installer analyzes the documents uploaded by him, according to the analysis procedure and selects the eligible applicants in the application.

The Environment Fund Administration generates, through the application, the lists including the projects of the applicants proposed for approval. After the list of approved applicants is published on the website of the Environmental Fund Administration, the installer will be able to start installing the photovoltaic panels.

The implementation of the project is carried out within no more than 12 months from the approval of the project, during which the installation must be completed and in which the connection certificate will be obtained.
