Gyeongnam Governor Park Wan-soo expressed his gratitude and encouragement to the workers at the Gyeongnam 119 Comprehensive Situation Room, Disaster and Safety Situation Room, and Emergency Medical Situation Room who worked 24 hours a day during the Chuseok holidays.
Governor Park visited the situation room on the 13th, a day before the Chuseok holiday, to inspect the disaster safety management situation and meet with workers.

Governor Park said, “I hope you maintain a watertight safety response system so that the residents can enjoy a comfortable holiday,” and requested, “In particular, focus on maintaining the emergency medical system during the holiday and do your best to secure the golden time for the residents.”
He continued, “This Chuseok holiday is not short, so please do not let your guard down and work diligently to prepare for disasters and emergencies 24 hours a day,” and “I ask you to always work with pride in dedicating yourself to the citizens.”
Gyeongnam Province will operate a comprehensive situation room comprised of nine teams, including the Emergency Medical Management Situation Team and the Special Traffic Countermeasures Situation Team, for five days from the 14th to the 18th, the Chuseok holiday, to ensure that residents can enjoy a safe holiday without any accidents or incidents.
