The launch of the gov.pt portal is part of a process of restructuring digital services, focusing on an omnichannel logic of interaction between citizens, companies and the State. By the end of the first quarter of 2025, it is planned to associate the gov.pt portal with a mobile app and other channels, such as counter and telephone, to ensure a public service base across all channels.
