There are many different flavor options for coffee lovers. One of the most special is Turkish sand coffee, which, as the name suggests, is made in sand.

Traditional Turkish coffee is an unfiltered coffee drink made in Turkey and nearby areas.

When making Turkish coffee, roasted and finely ground coffee beans are brewed in a small copper or zinc pot, optionally with sugar.

The finished coffee is served in a small cup where the morsels are allowed to brew, and a glass of water is often served with it. Turkish coffee leaves a thick layer of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup, which are sometimes used for divination.

A special addition to Turkish coffee is sand coffee, which is made in a small cup called a cezve. Hot water is poured into a container placed in hot sand, into which fine coffee powder is mixed.

The coffee is heated in the sand until it starts to foam. After that, the drink is poured into a coffee cup.
