On Tuesday evening, a 67-year-old German citizen was found dead in the town of Adnet near Salzburg, Austria. She was murdered. The murder weapon was a knife, the police confirmed.
The body was found by one of the residents of this apartment building. The police immediately started searching for the suspects. Trained dogs sniffed around the area, a helicopter flew by, and drones were also in the air. But as of noon Thursday, they had not tracked down the killer.
The residents of the town of around 3,500 are shaken. What’s more, “we live in fear”a resident who lives near the renovation of the multi-apartment building in which the crime took place, told the Krone Zeitung.
