The 41-year-old man and his 34-year-old wife were brought to the Tripoli Prosecutor’s Office on Monday morning, who are accused of fatally injuring a 64-year-old man on Sunday in Agios Petros Kynourias, in Arcadia.
According to the police, the 64-year-old was found dead by the emergency room, with traces of physical injuries to the neck and head, while an autopsy was ordered.

The victim had an argument with the 34-year-old and her 41-year-old husband when, on leaving a christening party, the woman, according to what she claims, was verbally harassed by the 64-year-old.

The couple was finally given a deadline to apologize on Wednesday. The charges against them are homicide with probable cause for the man and simple complicity in homicide for the woman. According to information, both claimed that they were in self-defense.
