The revaluation rate, which concerns the majority of citizens, has been announced. The 1-year average Producer Price Index increase rate, which occurs at the end of October each year, is used as the revaluation rate for the next year.
In light of the data announced today, the revaluation rate was 43.93 percent.
It is envisaged that the amounts of driver’s licenses, passports, traffic fines, taxes, fees and fines will be increased every year by the revaluation rate.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has the authority to increase or decrease the revaluation rate by 50 percent.
