Independent candidates Angelika Mándoki and Ottó Seszták competed for the title of mayor. In the end, the by-election was necessary due to the ineffectiveness of the municipal election in June, and there was a tie between the two of them at the top, both of them received 182-182 votes.
  • Renáta Gergelyné Mészáros won 64.56 percent of the votes and became the mayor of Újsolt in Bács-Kiskun County. In Újsolton, independent candidates Renáta Gergelyné Mészáros and Beáta Galauner ran for the title of mayor. The by-election was called in the village because there was a tie for the lead in the voting on June 9. Out of the five candidates at that time, only two have now accepted the new contest. Previously, Beáta Galauner obtained 29 votes, while Renáta Gergelyné Mészáros obtained 23 votes out of the 99 valid votes.
  • Mária Rákosné Vida Anikó became the mayor of Belsősárd in Zala, she was supported by 52.45 percent of the voters. Due to the equality of votes, an interim mayoral election had to be held in this settlement as well.
