HE IS ISSUING FAKE DOCUMENTS AND EVADING TAXES

Giving information about the list of “finalized assessments”, Şimşek pointed out that the fact that these finalized assessments have been paid does not prevent the statement. Şimşek said, “For this reason, it should not be confused with other debtor lists. Of course, most of the taxpayers on this list are businesses established for purposes such as issuing false documents and tax evasion, although they do not have any real activity. 1,752 of the 2,464 taxpayers on the list are of this type. The amount of taxes and penalties imposed and finalized on them is 42.9 billion liras, and this amount corresponds to 81.1 percent of the total declared amount. This amount is not collectible. Because these are businesses that are either bankrupt or have no assets even if there is no bankruptcy decision about them. Their owners have no property either. “Such businesses are usually opened on behalf of those who do not have any property, and disappear after the purpose is achieved,” he said.
