Much awaited by fans of Dragon Ballthe last series created by the legendary and late Akira Toriyama is revealed a little more, with the official name of Son Goku’s new form.
Dragon Ball Daima: What are our favorite characters called?
Although the tragic and unexpected death of Akira Toriyama has somewhat dampened the festivities, this year 2024 is an important year for fans of Dragon Balland for good reason : This is the fortieth anniversary of the launch of the famous manga in the pages of Weekly Shōnen Jump. Because the anniversary of such a behemoth must be celebrated with dignity, Akira Toriyama has been working on a new series scheduled for next October, and of which This week we discovered the latest exciting teaser: Dragon Ball Daima.
This new anime promises to be a real return to basics: while it should leave a large part to the action, Dragon Ball Daima seems to reconnect with the irresistible humor of the beginnings of Dragon Ball and of Dr. Slump. Rejuvenated by a curse, the Z-Warriors will embark on a new adventure, which we imagine will be motivated by the desire to regain their original sizes and save the universe.
While “forms” and “transformations” are one of the major issues of the saga Dragon Ball Since the end of the Freezer arc, this rejuvenation had to have a name, in order to facilitate the designation of the characters. We learn this on the official website of the license Dragon Ball that Goku, Vegeta and their friends are not called “Kid Goku” or “Kid Vegeta” as some fans assumed, but “Goku Mini” or “Vegeta Mini”. So, despite what some images of the first trailer could suppose, the Z-Warriors have not fallen back into childhood. No doubt that it is adorned with the epithet “Mini” that you will find the derivative products of your favorite characters.
At any rate, We are probably all very impatient to discover this new animated series.which is one of those we are most eagerly awaiting. See you next October! In the meantime, don’t hesitate to discover the worst transformations of Dragon Ball !
