Booking a car online is becoming more and more common and, from today, even Dacia has decided to launch an ad hoc platform to meet customer needs.
Please note that this is not a service that replaces the dealership experience, but an extra that could be very useful, for example, if you want to lock in a specific car as soon as possible – perhaps a pre-configured one ready for delivery – before someone else can take advantage of it.
The service is called THE AGE (DACIA Omnichannel Business Acceleration) and allows, at least in this first launch phase, to book online the new Dacia Duster and Spring. Later on, the service will be extended to the entire range.
How to book a Dacia online
It’s all very simple and intuitive. Here’s how to do it step by step:
- First you need to access the site www.dacia.itselect the model of interest and decide whether to configure the car from scratch or choose from some proposed configurations that guarantee priority delivery.
- Create a personal account on the Dacia website which will then allow you to monitor the progress of your order.
- Choose the dealership where you want to purchase the car. Once called by customer service to schedule the appointment: this is where the contract will be physically finalized.
- Pay 150 euros for the booking service, an amount that will be returned to me upon signing the contract
Online booking guarantees the user the right to have the same purchasing conditions present at the time of online configuration. Furthermore, if you decide to purchase a new Duster, this service guarantees delivery priority compared to a standard order if the Customer chooses his car from one of the pre-configurations present on the site.
